I do. This is a situation I can almost relate to. Just the title is strong. Who am I talking to? What do I mean, and how do I mean it? Whats the context? Well the song speaks on a heartbroke lover who warns his expartner to please keep it movin when you see me on the streets. If Im crying, lookin heart broken or anything, just keep it moving. Do me that favor and just walk on by. This aint what the singer asked for, this is what you gave him, a broken heart, a torn down frame, a shell. So walk on by.

Can you relate?

We have been hurt before, how do you feel when you see the person who has hurt you? Do you want them to speak? Do u want them to see you happy, with someone, so nonchalant and care free? Do we really plan this out? Do we put our front up just so we can seem sooo strong? Do we change our facebook status' so they can "see" that we have moved on to better partners that keep them soo much happier than the loser who hurt them? Do we blog about it and leave little clues in each entry?? do we cange our Texting signature to something like "Back In Love Again"?

Why front?

Why cant we be alone for a lil bit? Why must we be so quick to find someone to love us? Why can we just love ourselves? How can someone treated you right if you dont really know how you should be treated? Treat yourself. Splurge on you. Dont wait for someone to do that for you. Go to Krogers and buy one steak, one box of mac and cheese and a can of green beans and cook for yourself. Watch your favorite movie, have your favorite drink, smash that ice cream and go to bed feeling like, "damn, thats the way I should always treat myself, i deserve that". Know your worth.

I got a lil off subject but I just wanted to show my respect to Mr Hayes. In his passing, Ive downloaded more songs. The songs are sooo strong. I suggest you just take sometime to listen and see whats made him a legend. I bet that when you hear some of these songs you will hear a beat of song that you already know and the words of this songs or the instruments being played with provoke some type of emotion or physical reaction. I will prolly space out for a good 10 secs at least thinkin of when you wanted someone to just walk past.
