An Aaliyah Biopic In The Making..

Canadian(Ontario)-born R&B singer Keisha Chante ((Pictured Above)) has been confirmed to play Aaliyah in a much-anticipated biopic set for release next year.

According to the National Post, the ink is dry on Chante’s contract to portray the R&B singer in the as-yet-titled biopic.

Chronicling the life of the R&B star that brought magic to both the screen and the studio, Aaliyah’s biopic will attempt to cover the singer’s journey up to her untimely death in 2001.

So we all have been stuck on how good the Notorious movie was... (or is it just me?)
So Ive been tryin to find info and background info to figure out how things came to be..
I always wondered how Faith and Tupac took the pic together and I wondered what business they had... well I might be late.. but Faith actually sang the original chorus to "Wonder Why They Call You Bitch".. whooaaaa... thats a lowwwww blowww..
You wouldnt have to wonder why Big would call her a bitch.. im sure they were broke up at this time.. but damn.. u gonna do a song with this nigga tho??

But im sure all this stemed from Big and Kim's thing that was always on going.. so we who have seen the movie remember the scene when Kim was in the studio.. "yeah.. what what"... well I have the original recordings and verses for you listen to.. she going DIRECTLY at FAITH.. and TUPAC... the second verse is going at Faith.. and the 3rd is at Pac.. The 3rd verse was replaced by Jayz after 2Pac was killed.. this was recorded prior to his death..



The other scene that was really good was when Faith was singing in the studio.. man.. this movie was just great.. I need the DVD asap..

Now this is a new term to me personally.. but as I search for a pic for this entry... I noticed that this term has prolly been a while.. prolly just been on the "white" side. I saw whole bunch of pictures of white dudes really friendly with other white dudes.. like dumb friendly.. on the gay side.. u feel me?

I went on Photobucket, thinkin that the MTV show would come up and thats about it.. well they got dudes with full albums with them and their "Bromance" partner...

Im just wondering.. what the hell is MTV on?? Last year, they started with the "Double Shot of Love" with the jiggin ass Tila who got dudes and chicks chasing after her Bi-Sexual ass.. this is a show that came on at anytime of the day.. anytime for my 9 yr old niece to watch.. i dont like the idea of that.. I could think that she needs to learn about it, but damn..its other way to teach it other than to glorify it.. and make it seem like its ok.. bc its not ok.. those actions arent the actions a young lady should make.. it bothers me... I dont have any kids.. but I do have my niece and my God daughter... and ill be damned if I let them have MTV tell them that these things are ok...

I was goin to talk more about this.. but the more I think about it, the more it upsets me and I dont wanna start preaching... but parents.. monitor yous kids viewing.. its gettin ugly out here..

Fashion and hip hop and the perfect marriage to me.. When I watch videos or performances.. I look to see what shoes people have on.. when I see them.. I call them out.. on TV, its the same way... we all knew that back in the day, Martin and Fresh Prince kept a fresh pair of Nike Airs or Jordans on... I even remember watching the shoe THEA and Jason Weaver had on the white and baby blue Jordan 9's on fresh out the box.. and they was posed to be poor in the show.. but every since I could remember, Ive had love for sneakers.. heres a video about some other peoples love for AF1's
